My deposit was debited even though I took out the damage waiver, what can I do?

In the event of a claim, the deposit is debited and blocked on an escrow account in the name of the owner for the time it takes to process the file.

If you wish to provide additional information about your claim, you can contact the claims department at sinistre@samboat.fr.

If you have taken out the damage waiver insurance policy, you must report the incident and open a file directly with Gritchen, the service provider. 

All the details for your declaration are on the email sent to you when you received your confirmation. The insurance will reimburse you once the file has been processed and the repairs have been paid for.
