Our beautiful and well cared for Jeanneau Sunshine 38, based in Heraklion, Crete, Greece, available for day trips to Dia island and nearby beaches, and also for multi days cruises to the Cyclades islands (Santorini, Paros, Milos etc.) and the Dodecanese (Astypalaia. Rodos, etc.) Under sail, Sun Shine 38 has excellent directional stability. Vraiment super expérience ! C'était notre première fois avec les enfants (3 et 8 ans). John a fait tout ce qu'il pouvait pour adapter l'expérience de la voile aux enfants. Ils ont adoré! Même si nous avions un vent fort et même s'il faisait glacial. Bravo! Le bateau était agréable et confortable. Nous avons passé 2 jours et une nuit. Nous avons pu découvrir de très belles criques autour d'Héraklion et naviguer sur l'autre partie du voyage. Merci Jean !
Really great experience! It was our first time with the kids (3 and 8 years old). John did everything he could to adapt the experience of sailing to the kids. They loved it! Even if we had a strong wind and even if it was freezing. Bravo! The boat was nice and comfortable. We had 2 days and a night. We could discover very nice coves around heraklion and sailing the other part of the journey. Thanks John!

Nous avons loué Christina sans équipage pendant 4 jours. Giannis est charmant et a entretenu son bateau avec amour. Elle est vieille mais en très bon état et navigue bien. Il a été construit avant certaines commodités modernes, mais les marins expérimentés seront très heureux à bord. Nous avons séjourné dans les marinas de Milatos et d'Agios Nikolaos car elle doit être facturée tous les 2 jours. Spinalonga était un moment fort et Milatos est si paisible que nous y sommes restés deux fois.
We rented Christina bareboat for 4 days. Giannis is charming & has tended his boat with love. She is old but in great condition & sails well. She was built before some modern conveniences but experienced sailors will be very happy onboard. We stayed in Milatos & Agios Nikolaos marinas as she must be charged every 2 days. Spinalonga was a highlight & Milatos is so peaceful we stayed twice.

Yannis est un excellent hôte et marin. Il sait très bien quand être présent. Il a une excellente connaissance de la Crète et du monde en général. Le voyage a été adapté au jour le jour aux besoins et aux désirs du groupe. Le bateau et l'équipement sont plus anciens, mais très bien entretenus et propres. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais certainement à Yannis de vous emmener en voyage court ou long.
Yannis is an excellent host and sailor. He has a keen eye for when to be present. He has excellent knowledge of Crete and of the world in general. The trip was adjusted day to day to the group’s needs and wants. The boat and equipment are older, but very well taken care of and clean. All in all I would definitely recommend Yannis to take you out on a trip short or long.

Le capitaine John (alias Giannis) était le parfait skipper de vacances. Il nous a aidés à créer un voyage réalisable et a roulé avec les coups lorsque divers événements indépendants de sa volonté (vent ou absence de vent entre autres) ont nécessité des ajustements à la volée. Il était sympathique, compétent, patient et arrangeant. J'espère être de retour l'été prochain afin que nous puissions naviguer vers l'île de Dia et au-delà avec le capitaine John.
Captain John (aka Giannis) was the perfect holiday skipper. He helped us create a feasible voyage and rolled with the punches when various events outside his control (wind or the lack thereof among other things) necessitated on the fly adjustments. He was friendly, knowledgable, patient, and accomodating. Hope to be back next summer so we can sail to Dia Island and beyond with Captain John.
