The good:
- The boat was clean, powerful, well equipped (including Bluetooth speakers), and looked exactly as the photos
- After the trip, the boat owner parked the boat for us
- The owners were quick to respond, and after the issues below, proposed a partial refund.
The bad:
- Communication was messy, and I was in contact with 3 different people
- The tube was written in the listing to be included, but on the day of sailing I was asked to pay €50. The listing has since been changed.
- Multiple engine issues: The throttle had been "slightly faulty for the last two days". Also, an error lamp showed up twice. We could fix it ourselves, but it didn't feel safe or luxurious.
- The engine lost power when we were out, and we had to cut the trip 3 hours short.
- After the rental, we were accused of having damaged a speaker. But it was already damaged before our trip started.
Conclusion:
Although we enjoyed our trip, the experience suffered too much to make it worth more than 3 stars.

Contact with Essam and Timy was good before the day of the booking and they provided me with plenty of information. The boat was great, exactly as the photos on the website and perfect for my family. Timy was very helpful as I was trying to make it a surprise for my family, there were five of us in total on the boat (two adults, three children) and there was enough room. We really enjoyed the day and I would definitely hire again if I return to the area.
