Excellente expérience avec DAVIDE ! Rien à redire sur le personnel, absolument excellent : sympathique, professionnel et très accueillant. Un service impeccable à tous points de vue !
Le seul bémol : un problème récurrent avec la batterie du bateau. Le voyant moteur est passé au rouge à plusieurs reprises, ce qui a quelque peu perturbé la navigation. Dommage, tout le reste était parfait.
Great experience with DAVIDE — nothing to say about the staff, they were absolutely excellent: friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Top-notch service all around!
The only downside was a recurring issue with the boat’s battery. The engine warning light turned red several times, which disrupted the navigation a bit. A shame, as everything else was perfect.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse journée, en toute autonomie. Nous avons visité Levanzo et visité Cala Azzurra à Favignana. Pietro a été super gentil et patient pour expliquer toutes les fonctions et précautions à prendre. Ciccio a vérifié l'état du canot à notre retour et nous a aidé à vérifier.
Abbiamo passato una splendida giornata, in autonomia. Abbiamo fatto il giro di Levanzo e visitato cala azzurra a Favignana. Pietro è stato super bravo e paziente nello spiegarci tutte le funzioni e le accortezze da tenere. Ciccio ha verificato lo stato del gommone al nostro ritorno e ci ha aiutato a fare il check out.

Absolument pas recommandé !!! Le montant initial de la caution SamBoat est discrètement et secrètement augmenté à 2000 € via un autre contrat à conclure sur place. On ne vous le dit pas et vous ne voyez pas non plus les nouvelles conditions du contrat lorsque vous signez pour recevoir le bateau. En cas de dégâts (eaux parfois très peu profondes), les vacances deviennent rapidement frustrantes et plus coûteuses. Dans notre cas
Nous avons posé le bateau sur un endroit plat (faute de marquage dans la zone portuaire) et le loueur a alors tenté de débiter des montants entre 200 € et 2000 € plus de 10 fois. Entreprise absolument douteuse.
Le fait qu'en tant que client vous deviez également faire le plein vous-même est un manque de service que je n'ai jamais rencontré avec la location de bateaux en Méditerranée. Ne réservez pas, piège à touristes !
Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!! Die ursprüngliche SamBoat Kautionssumme wird still und heimlich über einen weiteren, vor Ort abzuschließenden Vertrag auf 2000€ erweitert. Das bekommt man weder gesagt noch sieht man die neuen Vertragsbedingungen beim Leisten der Unterschrift zur Entgegennahme des Bootes. Wenn dann ein Schaden entsteht (teilweise sehr flache Gewässer) wird der Urlaub schnell frustrierend teurer. In unserem Fall
haben wir (durch mangelnde Kennzeichnung im Hafengebiet das Boot auf eine flache Stelle aufgesetzt und im Anschluss wurde seitens der Vermietung über 10 mal versucht Beträge zwischen 200 und 2000€ abzubuchen. Absolut unseriöses Unternehmen.
Dass man den Tank als Kunde darüber hinaus noch selbst auffüllen muss, ist ein Servicemangel den ich noch nie bei Bootsvermietungen im Mittelmeer erlebt hab. Nicht buchen, Touristenfalle!

État du bateau correct, amabilité et accueil de la demoiselle à la hauteur de nos attentes, la mauvaise surprise de fin, nous avons voulu faire le plein d'essence, impossible d'identifier l'endroit clairement malgré la localisation envoyée, peu d'explication sans parler la langue donc avons rendu le bateau sans le plein total. Donc ATTENTION en rendant le bateau faites le plein sinon ça coûte bien plus cher !!! Mauvaise surprise de fin.. dommage
